In this sixth episode, Anne Weilguny, Head of Sales DACH, reflects on her journey from Store Manager to senior leadership, sharing how diversity, curiosity and different perspectives have shaped her leadership approach.

Every month, it shines a light on a colleague who began their journey in the retail world – whether within Swarovski boutiques or in the wider retail space – and went on to shape our company further as a leader, innovator, and ambassador of our culture.

In this episode, Anne Weilguny shares how starting her Swarovski journey as a Store Manager in Munich in 2001 helped shape the leader she is today. Having progressed through district and area management roles before becoming Head of Sales DACH, Anne also served in a stretch assignment as Retail Channel Owner seated in Männedorf. Drawing on lessons learned from leading diverse teams across markets and cultures, she champions curiosity, openness to different perspectives and shared accountability, believing that the best results come from combining different strengths around a common goal.
